"Hi Dunc,  Do you know, after doing the veg-only blast for those 2 weeks I have now been able to shed a couple of stubborn kilos that I have been trying to lose for, like FOREVER! hehe
 
At the beginning of December (before the veg-only blast) i weighed approx 58kg in the morning nearly everyday... Now since then I have consistently for a couple of weeks now weighed 55kg and for the last few days 54.6kg...SO it's FINALLY BUDGING! My clothes are fitting a lot more comfortable and some pants are actually almost too big now...
 
I've still been keeping up the exercise, including plenty of resistance training to avoid any real muscle loss......
 
YAY...just thought I'd tell you and to thank you for your helpful info which got me heading in the direction and closer to what I want to achieve!"
